What are your responsibilities & achievements at this current position?

1. Responsible for research projects related to the survey conducted. Collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research data and providing written and oral reports related to the analysis and develop the statistical analysis for the presentation
2. Responsible for overall project management. Manage project schedules, status reports and cost control of the project. Conduct project meetings, progress meetings and coordination between project leaders.
3. Provide administrative support. Organize events, arrange support facilities and provide general information. Arrange the participant in the Focus Group.
4. Supervise the flow of the survey. Coordinating interviewer / enumerator training for the survey

What are some of the challenges you faced as a IRK & Human Sciences student while you were studying at IIUM?
Challenges for me I would say how to maintain grades and not failing any papers.

What are some of the challenges you faced as a fresh graduate?
Basically it's about how to make ends meet. My first salary is only RM400 but Alhamdu lillah within 3 months I got better pay. Just show that you are worth more.

What advice would you give to IRK & Human Sciences students seeking to pursue careers using their their qualifications?
IRK & Human Sciences is a very broad field if you want to pursue your career but first thing is, don't be choosy. When applying or being offered any job, just show to your superior how good you are when given any task.

What else would you like to tell the IRK & Human Sciences students currently studying at IIUM?
Don't be choosy. Just grab any opportunity that lies in front of you. If not someone else will.
